MOC Hepatitis B

Welcome to the MOC Hepatitis B Module as hosted by Rady Children’s Hospital!

In order to participate and receive MOC credits using the activities on this website, you must be registered with Rady Children’s Hospital through the Registration link. Information that you provide during registration will be used to track your progress. It will also allow us to contact you and ensure that you complete required activities on time for your MOC cycle.

MOC Part IV Credit: This module will provide the registrant with 25 points towards MOC Part IV (a minimum of 40 points is required to meet requirements during a given cycle). Always check your ABP profile to verify your specific MOC requirements. Time Requirement: Minimum of 4 months to complete. NOTE: Participants may require more time than listed to complete module elements. There is currently NO MAXIMUM time stipulations for this activity; minimum time requirements are listed in the instructions.

These forms are for your records only; we will not be collecting them. We HIGHLY recommend that you record all information (patient identifiers, dates, etc.) so that you can refer back to the forms as needed. We will NOT be collecting patient information or identifiers from you in this module.

Step 3. View module video and complete the associated Post-test
Step 4. Complete the Quality Improvement Plan #1
